SANJOG DUTTA emerged as the National Silver Winner in the Group One category of the Reliance Foundation Drishti Essay Competition,2023. The topic was “My India, My Land of Diversity and Culture!”.

ANKIT DAS of Class VIIIA – Winner of 24 Parganas State Championship, Bengal Underwater Swimming Championship, 3rd National in swimming Championship Pune 2023.

ADRIJA DAS of Class VIIIA – Winner of District Karate Championship, State Karate Championship, KAI Sub-Junior National Karate Championship, International Karate Championship, 2023.

AYSHEE BHATTACHARJEE of Class XIS secured First Position in Q’ Soliloquy category of CHIAROS QURO’ 2023, an Inter-School Fest organised by Our Lady Queen of the Mission School on the 7th and 8th of July, 2023.

TTSAFE AWARDS 2023

St. Francis Xavier School was the recipient of three awards in The Telegraph School Awards for Excellence held at South City International School on the 26th of August, 2023.
It was a proud moment for the institution to achieve such prestigious awards as The Ananda Paul Memorial Award for Social Service, The Adamas University Award for Excellence in Sports secured by Adrija Das (VIIIA), and The Exide Award for Academic Excellence received by Ayush Sur.
It was a moment of pride when Mrs. Priyanka Chopra, President of St. Francis Xavier Education Society, gave away the Sheela Chopra Memorial Educational Scholarship award in loving memory of our Founder Principal, Madam Sheela Chopra.
RITAM ROY of Class VIIB has secured the 3rd Runner-Up position at the SIP Abacus International Prodigy Competition, 2024 surpassing 5,997 contestants from 12 countries worldwide.

FEATS ACCOMPLISHED IN THE SPORTS FIELD IN 2024

Niladri Paul of Class IXS participated in the 22nd Karate Federation Cup 2024 organised by AISSKF at Banaras Hindu University on the 28th and 29th of December and won a gold medal in the Kumite category. Niladri also won a gold medal in the East India Zonal Karate Championship held in Patna, Bihar on 28th and 29th September 2024.
Niladri secured a gold medal in the CISCE Regional Karate Tournament 2024 in U-17 Boys Kumite and represented the school and the WB &NE regions in the CISCE National Karate Tournament. Niladri has also won the gold medal in the 7th Bengal Open Karate Championship 2025 held in Dumdum on 25th January 2025 in Kumite Category.
Ginia Tarafder of Class VIB got a gold medal in the CISCE Regional Karate Tournament 2024 in U-14 Girls Kumite. She also represented the school in the WB & NE regions in the CISCE National Karate Tournament held at Blue Bells School, Jhansi and secured a silver medal. She participated in the Federation Cup 2024 in the East India Zonal Karate Championship 2024 and was the recipient of gold medal in both the events. Ginia has also won the gold medal in the 7th Bengal Open Karate Championship 2025 held in Dumdum on 25th January, 2025 in Kumite Category.

Adrija Das of Class IXS brought laurels to our school. She participated in the All India Inter School and Senior Karate Championship (FEDERATION-CUP 2024) at Banaras Hindu University from 29.12.24 to 30.12.24. She won two gold medals and one silver medal in the championship.
Adrija Das also participated in the CISCE Regional Karate Competition 2024, where she secured a gold medal in the Kumite category. Her victory qualified her for the CISCE National Karate Tournament, where she won the gold medal again. She was selected for the 68th National School Games hosted by SGFI at Talkotra Stadium Delhi from 8th to 13th December, 2024 and secured a silver medal in the U-17 Kumite division for Girls.

AGNIMITRA PURKAYASTHA of Class VIIA won the gold medal in All Bengal Inter District Chessboxing Championship on 28th January, 2024 and won the silver medal in Kolkata District Kickboxing Championship on 27th January 2024 New Alipore, Kolkata.
