At St. Francis Xavier School, we are dedicated to giving our students the greatest possible education by incorporating and adopting the most recent trends and methodologies advised by the CISCE and NEP 2020.
We are quickly approaching a change in the educational system where the emphasis will be placed more on “project-based” or “experience-based” teaching approaches. Through a process of actual experiencing, followed by inquiry and reflection, these techniques of learning lead to the learner developing understanding. Through ongoing involvement and interaction with oneself, followed by their peer group and teachers, the process entails growing and supporting student learning.
I look forward to the day when we will succeed in achieving our goal, which is for the students to understand the relevance of the material they are learning rather than just memorizing it by rote. Learners will be able to investigate the information and concepts they have learned by applying them to comparable or dissimilar real-life situations. This will help them understand, compare, manipulate, and apply their knowledge to practical situations.
